Our story so far
From one flat to more than 120 units across Austria
In 2022 we started with a single flat in Vienna and the vision of becoming Austria's leading provider of high-quality apartments. By 2023 we had already added 20 more properties to our portfolio.
In 2024 came the expansion to Graz and Zell am See, and in 2025 Bad Goisern followed. Today we manage more than 120 apartments across Austria – and run three houses of our own: the GANSL Residences in Saalfelden, the Itterwirt in Itter near Kitzbühel and Villa Maria Theresia in Bad Goisern.
With strong partners and happy guests we keep growing steadily – and we are looking forward to everything still to come.

For owners that means: we lease your property long term and operate it. You receive a fixed rent, we carry the vacancy risk.
