From a guesthouse to serviced apartments
The house on the village square used to be a guesthouse. Together with the owner we converted it into 22 serviced apartments and fitted it out to our standards. It has been in operation since May 2026.
The apartments are fitted out in a modern style: light oak tones, an own kitchenette with a coffee machine, box-spring beds and walk-in showers.
Location in the SkiWelt
Itter belongs to the Hohe Salve region and lies between Hopfgarten, Wörgl and Kitzbühel. From there the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental is within reach – one of the largest linked ski areas in Austria.
The house stands directly on the village square. If you arrive without a car, the centre of the village is on the doorstep.

Since May 2026. Before that it was a guesthouse, converted into serviced apartments together with the owner.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately we cannot allow pets in our apartments. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout.
