From a guesthouse to serviced apartments
The house on the village square used to be a guesthouse. Together with the owner we converted it into 22 serviced apartments and fitted it out to our standards. It has been in operation since May 2026.
The apartments are fitted out in a modern style: light oak tones, an own kitchenette with a coffee machine, box-spring beds and walk-in showers.
Location in the SkiWelt
Itter belongs to the Hohe Salve region and is one of the official villages of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental – one of the largest linked ski areas in Austria. Söll is 6 km away as the crow flies; Hopfgarten and Wörgl are neighbouring towns.
The house stands directly on the village square. If you arrive without a car, the centre of the village is on the doorstep.

What you do not get here
No restaurant and no guesthouse business. The house is called Itterwirt because a guesthouse once stood on the village square – today it is a self-catering apartment house. There is no breakfast, no bar, no pool and no sauna either. What you do get is your own kitchenette with a coffee machine in every apartment.

How does check-in work?
Check-in is possible from 15:00 and happens on your own via a key box or a numeric code. You receive the instructions in good time before you arrive. Check-out is by 11:00.

Since May 2026. Before that it was a guesthouse, converted into serviced apartments together with the owner.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately we cannot allow pets in our apartments. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout.
