GANSL Residences
Harham 46, 5760 Saalfelden am Steinernen Meer
37 apartments in the Salzburg Pinzgau region, in a quiet spot at the edge of the forest. Zell am See-Kaprun, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang are all a short drive away – for the ski areas in winter, and for hiking and cycling in the Steinernes Meer in summer.
Every apartment has its own kitchenette and a balcony. For families there is a children's playroom with a slide and a toy kitchen.

What you will not find here
No restaurant, no bar, no ski room, no ski bus, no pool and no sauna. The house is run as a self-catering apartment house – which is why it is called GANSL Residences and no longer a hotel. Older descriptions online, some still under the former names GANSL Hotel & Residences, Ramada Residences or Club La Costa, date from before we took over and are no longer accurate.

22 renovated apartments right on the village square of Itter, in the heart of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The Hohe Salve region lies between Hopfgarten, Wörgl and Kitzbühel and is connected to one of the largest linked ski areas in Austria.
The apartments have a modern fit-out: light oak tones, a private kitchenette with coffee machine, box-spring beds and walk-in showers.

Villa Maria Theresia
Auskeiweg 6, 4822 Bad Goisern am Hallstättersee
11 rooms in the Salzkammergut, around half a kilometre from the centre of the village and quiet all the same. The spa park with its streams and benches is a few steps away, and Hallstatt and Bad Ischl are a short drive from here.
The smallest of our houses – a quiet base for hiking in summer and ski days on the Dachstein in winter.

What you will not find here
No breakfast – which is why the house is called Villa Maria Theresia and no longer a guesthouse. The free entry to the Parkbad Bad Goisern that used to be included no longer applies either. Older descriptions online under the name Pension Maria Theresia date from before we took over.
