As part of the redevelopment of a former guesthouse, 22 serviced apartments were created in close partnership on the planning, fitted out to our standards.

Objective
A former guesthouse became a modern serviced apartment house with 11 units. The original concept was thoroughly rethought.
Result
The building was delivered to Oidahome specifications and combines a high degree of functionality with an appealing design. The units have been successfully in operation since April 2025.

Oidahome GmbH is a family-run company from Vienna. We started in 2022 with a single flat and today run more than 120 apartments across Austria as well as three houses of our own in Salzburg, Tyrol and Upper Austria.
We lease properties long term, fit them out and take over the entire operation – marketing, guest support, cleaning and upkeep. What remains for you is a fixed rent and no ongoing work.
We say early and honestly whether a property works for us. We would rather give a clear no than sign a contract that does not add up for one side – after all, we are committing for many years.
