What kind of stay
Graz was added in 2024, in the same step as Zell am See. Since then we have been letting furnished apartments here — to city travellers as well as to people who are in town for a few weeks on business.
There are no reception hours. Check-in works via a key box or a numeric code, and you receive the instructions in good time before you arrive. We answer questions around the clock on WhatsApp.
What every apartment includes
A kitchen with crockery, bed linen, towels, a washing machine and a workspace are all there — you do not need to bring anything. The Wi-Fi is free and fast enough for working from home and for video calls.
Our apartments sit in ordinary residential buildings. That is why we ask for consideration towards the neighbours from 22:00, parties are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

How does check-in work?

Is there parking?
At most locations there is paid parking. Send us a short message before you arrive and we will sort it out for your apartment.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of 200 euros is due before arrival. It is refunded after check-out.
Are pets allowed?
No, unfortunately we cannot allow pets in our apartments. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout.
